This rule is applied to estate sales. Like antique or art sales. It is an estate sale not a yard sale. This company is in the estate sale business not the crap sale business.

I'm not on the email list. When I walk in and see its one of his sales I may grumble a little under my breath "ah its this guy". I know I'm going to be paying top dollar, but I also know I'm going to be getting top stuff.

I'm fighting cancer. I always wear a mask. If I see Mr. Horn or staff isn't masked then I can choose remain and risk it at the sale or to walk out. I am free to make my own choices. Same as Mr. Horn and staff.

Again, I've never had a problem with Mr. Horn, his staff or at his sales. I don't dress high end when shopping at these sales either, in fact I may even look a little scruffy with my glasses and anime face mask, bandage over my cancer throat slit jeans and flip flops. Mr. Horn and staff have always treated me professionally and like a valued customer and I thank them for it.

But then again I'm also a person who lives within my means. I know what my budget is, the value of what I'm interested in and whether or not something is in my range. I was raised to be a lady with dignity. I don't try to low ball or haggle lowly. Again you're likely at a East Sacramento or now Elk Grove fancy neighborhood estate sale, not a garage or yard sale. Act like it. Show some respect and decorum and Mr. Horn and staff will show it right back to you.

I was so thankful for Jordan and his team! My father’s home had A LOT of things and it was all taken care of within a few weeks that includes the sorting and staging, sale weekend and the clean up. TOTALLY worth it. Jordan was communicative and easy to reach.
